Fresh Salsa with Cilantro


FRESH SALSA with CILANTRO
“Home-made style is better than Restaurant-style”

Makes 2 quarts of salsa (about 6-8 servings)

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes or less

Gadgets needed: Food processor or hand blender
Ingredients:

-8 peeled vine “very” ripe tomatoes (if necessary, substitute 1 can of Muir Glen peeled whole tomatoes for every 4 vine ripe tomatoes)
-1 bunch of cilantro
-1 lime
-1 garlic clove (peeled)
-1/2 cup chopped onion
-salt to taste
-green chiles, jalapenos, habanero, or your pepper of choice

Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Add salt to taste. Add desired pepper of choice sparingly.
