I am making Tofu Curry or Tofu Madras Curry. I’m going to add to some pan-fried Tofu, diced carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and any other suitable veggies. If you can’t find Madras paste at any Whole Foods Market or Indian Grocery Store in your area, go to this website and make it from scratch:
You should be able to find the ingredients posted in the website above at any Whole Foods Market or Indian Grocery. Middle Eastern Groceries have these ingredients too as they some Indian products as well.
Luckily, I have a British food store close by and am able to purchase Patak’s Madras Paste. I can’t wait to make it and post the recipe with pictures, of course.
